I can admit that it’s pretty easy to make a budget….but I know for a fact that it’s HARD to stick to that budget!
It is truly important to have a budget when planning to buy a home. You can learn to control your spending habits and be able to live comfortably without any issues or mishaps with your finances.
I learned early that you truly have to make sacrifices to make your dreams a reality. You may have to put a hold on your vacation plans, or put those extra items back on the shelf at Macy’s. But, it’s all for the common goal to help save your money and purchase a home.
